Golden Hawk Farms

We are proud to carry on our family farm tradition on this 1957 homestead, where we raise beef, pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, and other farm products with care. Our goal is to provide as much as possible directly from our farm, using organic or non-GMO processing byproducts and grains whenever available.

Whenever possible, we process our products right here on the farm and ship directly to consumers to help ensure freshness, quality, and food safety.

We recently added a Minnesota Department of Agriculture Custom Exempt Butcher Shop to our farm, retrofitted from an old milk house. Since then, we have expanded the facility to increase slaughtering capacity, hanging space, and freezer storage.

In addition to processing our own livestock, we offer custom processing services for beef, pork, lamb, and goats, as well as limited rabbit and poultry processing. Having our own on-site butcher shop allows us to care for our animals from start to finish, reduce unnecessary transportation stress, and maintain greater control over the quality of the final product.
